Today the team will be practicing on the final two stages of the walk which finishes in Lesmurdie.

This walk is 20kms and rated a 4 out of 5 for difficulty. The team requires to use poles for the incline and decline of the hills.

There is only one more week of severe training and then it will be tapered back prior to the event on 10th October.
